Do we need reservations to come in?

For walk-ins, we do not offer reservations. Just come on in during our regular business hours and get ready to decorate! If you'd like to avoid a wait, we recommend coming in on a Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, as Saturdays and Sundays are usually very busy.

If you'd like to celebrate a birthday party or join us for a workshop, then a reservation is required.

Do you accomodate allergies or specific dietary restrictions?

Unfortunately, we do not offer allergy friendly options as all of our items are made in facilities that may come in contact with milk, nuts, eggs and/or flour.

I received an email that my reservation was canceled. What happened?

When booking a workshop or party online, payment is due at the time of booking. If you didn't provide payment details when checking out, your reservation with be automatically canceled.

How do I use a gift card when checking out online?

There are a few things to keep in mind when using a gift card (or e-gift card) when booking a workshop or reserving a birthday party.

  • The gift card must have at least the amount you want to purchase on it. For example, if you're trying to book a workshop that costs $30, the gift card must have at least $30 on it. If your gift card has less than the amount of the workshop or party, your purchase will be denied.
  • Enter the 16 digit number on the back of the gift card when asked for the credit card number.
  • The checkout process will ask for an expiration date and credit card ccv. For gift cards and e-gift cards, enter "12/34" for the expiration date and "123" for the ccv.

What is your workshop cancellation policy?

Because we limit the number of students that can attend a workshop and supplies for each workshop are set aside per student, we do not allow cancellations or rescheduling within 14 days of the event. For cancellations or rescheduling prior to 14 days of the workshop, the refund will be issued as store credit.

What is your party cancellation policy?

We do not allow for cancellations of parties, but do allow a one-time rescheduling of a party if the reschedule is made at least 14 days prior to the date of the original party. The new party date can be no more than 6 months in the future and, once made, cannot be rescheduled again. Any cancelled parties and no-shows will forfeit the non-refundable deposit paid.

What if I initiate a chargeback on my purchase or deposit or charge someone else's credit card?

We take credit card fraud very seriosuly and will prosecute any fraud to the fullest extent allowable by law. This includes filing criminal charges and / or civil lawsuits (for the cost of the fraud, associated costs, and court and legal counsel costs).
